Partner-Friendly Strategy
BioMedomics business model is to welcome and work closely with segment-leading partners, and provide a pipeline of valuable assays in personalized medicine molecular diagnostics. We are flexible in transaction structures under which partners can acquire our tests, including exclusive arrangements, tailoring our partner relationships to work best for both parties.
In Point of Care tests, we typically offer partners a specific assay as a disposable test strip and a reader platform optimized for that assay. We are also developing advanced reader platforms which can be utilized across multiple assays; partners can acquire platform rights for a specific assay, or exclusive rights to the platform as utilized for any assay.
We are particularly interested in working with qualified partners during the development of an assay and/or reader platform, so that we can optimize & expedite the assay development to enhance value for the partner. Appropriate partners are also welcomed as strategic investors in BioMedomics.
BioMedomics maintains a confidential “product roadmap” of diagnostic assays currently under development or targeted for future development, which we will be pleased to discuss with interested partners under nondisclosure agreement. |
